Connie Young

Connie Young is the Chief Financial Officer at Possitivity and oversees all facets of the company’s accounting, financial and IT functions. Mrs. Young performs our accounting and financial analyses and prepares and compiles budgets and financial reports, and ensures compliance with submission of all government tax forms and payments. She manages the company’s insurance coverage and liquid assets and participates in long-term investment strategies.

Mrs. Young has 22 years of progressively more complex financial responsibility at Possitivity; hence, she is the author of all our internal financial policies and processes. She has built a financial system that makes our company transparent and highly accountable.

One of Mrs. Young’s goals each year is to get out into the field more often for the opportunity to see Possitivity’s efforts in action and meet the people with disabilities we are helping become tax payers rather than tax users. Mrs. Young is as passionate and committed to our corporate mission as anyone can be.
