Brian E. Charnes

Brian joined Possitivity 4 years ago and is now the sales executive responsible for all of our Janitorial business within the private sector. He is responsible for creating cleaning specifications for customer’s facilities, performing quality control inspections, and evaluating cleaning programs for our clients. His was instrumental in the development our customer care process standards including our QA Checklists.

Brian truly enjoys meeting new people and helping them resolve a problem or an issue they may be struggling with and gets special gratification when he is able to help someone resolve a reoccurring problem or a challenge they may be facing.

Before joining Possitivity, Brian worked for OutSource Partners, where he learned about the janitorial business by working with each of his cleaning crews cleaning bathrooms, striping and waxing floors, and vacuuming carpet. Learning the business literally from the ground up has given him a deep appreciation for the hundreds of thousands of custodians that faithfully perform their duties each night.

Brian grew up in “LA” (Lower Akron) where he graduated from Garfield High School and attended the University of Akron.
